This is where it all started! The Bitterroot Classic Triathlon is where we hatched our plan to market our newly developed race registration system. This race is in its sixth year and is a great family venue, featuring a kids race at the end of the day. This race is a 750 yard swim in the Bitterroot Aquatics Center Pool , followed by a 12.4 mile bike that winds through the Stock Farm, then on to a two loop 3.1 mile run. This race has helped to fund the Ronald McDonald House for the past six years and has raised well over $50,000 for the cause. If you are looking for a great race, with a family atmosphere, this is the one for you. 

Post Race Wrap Up

Another successful year for the Bitterroot Classic Triathlon (BCT), with the sixth annual event bringing the total money donated to the Ronald McDonald House to over $75,000.  While the day was hot there were several athletes that heated up the course.  Brendan Halpin defending his title for the third straight year.  This year we had a new female overall winner, with Linsey Corbin taking the title with a time of 1:00.45, just 45 seconds away from finishing under one hour!
